Uhh.. last I looked, there's 4 levels of 140-2 compliance. It went from an easy documentation exercise to full up tamper resistance hard. While you should be looking for certified (yes, there are those that put their deivice 140-2 certs up for reference) compliance, there are times when non-certified is acceptable.
