MCLE FAQs MCLE Reporting. The Certificate of Completion issued at the end of the program evidences your attendance. Illinois attorneys are required to track their CLE credit earned during their two-year reporting period. You must keep your Certificate of Completion for three years after the end of your two-year reporting period.

Reporting: Once you have completed Parts 1 and 2 or the alternate requirement if you are an attorney with prior practice experience, you must submit an online compliance report to the MCLE Board by the reporting deadline. The reporting deadline is 31 days after the completion deadline. Rule 793(c)(3) and (f), and Rule 796.

The IADC will send you the event code necessary to report online once the program is approved. Virginia After the CLE activity is approved, the IADC will send you a Virginia Certification form.
