WEBNov 5, 2021 · Generally, a disorderly conduct charge is a Class C misdemeanor, which comes with up to $500 in fines and no jail time. If, however, the charge involves either of the sections that involve a firearm, the charge is elevated to a Class B misdemeanor, which comes with fines of up to $2,000 and up to 180 days in jail.
