Clubspot has two pricing models: "Pay as you go" & "Full stack". "Pay as you go" customers pay a small percentage of all the payments we process on their behalf. This is better for clubs that are testing the waters, and want to try Clubspot on a limited basis. "Full stack" customers pay for a flat, annual subscription.
Platform Fee. 2.5% - 4%. ($10 cap) +. Processing. 0% - 2.9%. We charge 2.5% - 4% + processing on the registration fees you collect at your regatta. The Platform Fee is 4% for charges under $250 USD (or local equivalent) and 2.5% for charges of $250+. The Platform Fee is also capped at $10, so the overall rate decreases as your entry fees increase.
