AROWS-R is not the same and I've never had it work as a Guardsman. SnackSSGT posted the direct link for the ANG version of AROWS. Be sure you're using Internet Explorer.

What's the difference between arows and PRDA?AROWS is only for your orders, if you are looking for other records (2096, enlistment docs, etc) you want PRDA. Are you using internet explorer? And are you making sure you use the authentication certificate and not your ID certificate? If it’s something other than one of those things I’m just as lost as you.
Is arows-R the same as Ang?I’m not sure if AROWS-R is the same, but the AROWS site for ANG is managed off of a Navy server. Should be on AFPortal. As others said, use internet explorer and choose the authentication certificate. AROWS-R is not the same and I've never had it work as a Guardsman.
