Inviting Clients to Use Your PortalManaging Existing Portal Accounts To reset a client's portal password:1. Click Patients > Patient name > Portal tab 2. Under TherapyPortal Access, click the Reset Client's Portal Passwordbutton. The client will receive an email with a link to reset their password. This link is only active for 24 hours. To remove a client's access to the portal:1. Click Patients > Patient name > Portal tab 2. Under TherapyPortal Access, click the Remove Portal Access for This Patientbutton. 3. A warning dialog will appear. Click the Remove Accessbutton.
