    Not common but i've seen some topless women on the beaches in Acapulco. Pie de la Cuesta is 30 minutes north and is so deserted I have and usually do go and hang out nude, seriously , the place is huge and completely deserted. Its about 50 yards wide and goes for as far as the eye can see.
