What is CA membership?What is CA Membership? CA membership may sound a fancy term, but it is nothing but certification to display that students have completed CA examinations and are eligible to practice accounts under ICAI. The ICAI membership is valid for 12 months, after which graduates are required to renew on an annual basis.
When to pay ICAI annual membership/certificate of practice fees?ICAI requests its Members to remit Annual Membership/Certificate of Practice fees for the year 2022-2023, which became due for payment on 1st April, 2022 and needs to be paid on or before 30th September, 2022. Please pay the fee immediately, in terms of GST Liability as Tax Invoice has been already generated.
What is the ICAI membership fee and GST?The Membership Fee/Certificate of Practice Fee and GST that is at 18%. ICAI is raising the "I GO GREEN with ICAI" scheme under which Members opting for e-journal will be granted a discount of INR 590 (including 18% GST) on the entire amount of membership fees. COVID-19 has forced all payments online, including the ICAI membership payment.
