CCCS-IT planned production outage Sunday, February 7th from 6-10 a.m. CCCS-IT planned production outage Sunday, February 7th from 6-10 a.m. CCCS-IT is planning to apply upgrades and patches in Production on Sunday, February 7th from 6-10 a.m. During this time, Banner 9 Admin Pages, Banner Self-Service (SSB), Workflow, JobSub, Banner Document Management (BDM), DegreeWorks, EAB Navigate registration, mobile apps registration, and Automic will not be available. The portal, student email, and D2L, as well as any other products not mentioned above, will continue to be available. However, some portal functionalities will not be available. Examples of impacted functionality include the following: For Students add/drop courses; withdrawals; view holds; payments; view billing statements; view/order transcripts; and Degree Check For Faculty and Instructors submit grades; class roster; time sheets and leave processing For Staff time sheets and leave processing Please note that the portal and VPN will each require a restart.
